S 62(2)(b) Refund of the consumer must happen in 1 OF 2 ways..
If the inability to supply the goods is due to circumstances beyond the supplier’s control refund is the Money paid by consumer WITH interest according to the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 5 of 1975,
If the inability to supply the goods is due to any circumstances that are in supplier's control DOUBLE the amount paid by consumer as compensation for breach of contract.
