Most common:  pallor

Second most common:  inflammation of the tongue 

(glossistis)

Cheilitis=inflammation/fissures of lips

Sensitivity to cold

Weakness and fatigue

Diagnostic Studies

CBC

Iron studies Diagnostics:

Iron levels: Total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), Serum 

Ferritin.

Endoscopy/Colonscopy
