A disability that lasts for more

than the period prescribed for

Temporary Total Disability and

prevents an employee from

pursuing his or her usual work

and earning therefrom.

 Complete blindness of both c

eyes. Loss of two limbs at or

above the ankles or wrists,

Permanent and complete

paralysis of two limbs.

 Brain injury that resulted in

imbecility or insanity.

 Such specific cases determined

by the Social Security System

and approved by the ECC
